Our distribution partners handle delivery of your orders and deliver it to every inhabited place in the Republic of Macedonia.
Delivery outside the Republic of Macedonia is done by Macedonian Post.
For Macedonia, delivery is free for orders over 3000 denars, while for orders under 3000 denars it is 150 denars, and for delivery outside of Macedonia, additional postage is paid.
Delivery inside Macedonia is done within 24-72 hours of the order every working day, including Saturday, and the product will be delivered to the representative office of the cargo carrier, where the delivery is addressed.
On Sundays and non-working days (non-working and public holidays) no delivery is done.
Delivery of the product outside Macedonia is done within 14 to 30 days.
Other information
Each of your orders is neatly and safely packaged before delivery so that it cannot be damaged. The customer is obliged to check the product immediately after it is delivered to him/her and if he/she find any defect or damage to it, is obliged to immediately report it to the person who delivered the shipment.
All shipments are insured against loss and damage during delivery to each address in accordance with the law on postal services. When accepting the shipment, the customer is obliged to sign the consignment note from the supplier and to keep a copy of it as a confirmation of the realized takeover.
